Sarah J. Maas born 5 March is an American fantasy author, best known for her debut novel Throne of Glass published in by Bloomsbury and A Court of Thorns and Roses , published in also by Bloomsbury. Maas is married and lives in Pennsylvania. Her son, Taran, was born in June Maas began writing what would become her debut novel, Throne of Glass , when she was sixteen years old.
